SP-Tech Digital Hardness Tester PHT-D is ideal solution to the problems associated with portable hardness testing. Application includes macroindentation to tests with a larger test load, such as 1 kgf or more. The compact feature is practical when you are measuring material with intricate form and irregularity which is not possible to be done with regular bench type hardness tester.
SP-Tech Digital Hardness Tester PHT-D is offering the ease of use and ability to operate in all major international scales make it the most comprehensive unit of its type currently available. The menu and measurment is shown on its digital display, while the flexible nature of this ergonomic gauge allows immediate measurement within a click of a button.
Equipped with integrated impact direction sensor which detecting the applied pressure over the contact area between the indenter and the material being tested. As a result, hardness values is highly accurate (±4HL) on any angle of impact direction (360°). SP-Tech Digital Hardness Tester PHT-D is suitable for soft to medium hardness metal and handy for various application range from assesment of remaining life analysis to quality control of finished material.
